Summer = bbq’s, parties, and usually FOOD.
But one thing I see happen all too frequently when food is involved - people feel the need to apologize, make excuses, or justify their eating to those around them.
You n e v e r need to apologize for what you are or are not eating.
We don’t know what everyone’s diet looks like on a regular basis. And even if we did, it’s not anyone else’s business but your own.
So don’t apologize for what you’re eating. Don’t justify. Just enjoy 🤗

Weight loss does NOT equal happiness 🙊
We think it’s an easy fix. Diet. Lose weight. Find happiness and confidence in yourself. Done. ✔️ But it’s not that easy and it’s not a quick fix!
Instead, it’s a process of learning how to take care of YOUR body. How YOU feel respected and loved. And finding what TRULY makes you happy in this life.
Because you don’t have to wait to “look” perfect to be happy. You be happy NOW. 😃
The way is through body respect, body kindness, and body acceptance.

Secret’s out! 🤗
I’ve been very inconsistent on this page for the last little bit and this is why! The first trimester was a bit rough on me, as it is for most! 🤰
Im grateful for the increased insight I now have for the wonderful women I work with who fight to heal their relationship with food while growing a baby. 💛

What can we do about it? Make changes! ‼️
