We're excited to share a major leadership update.

𝗔𝗷𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿.

AJ (as many of you know him) brings 22 years of Higher Education IT experience to the team. As the founder of OculusIT and most recently Cioniq Systems, he has helped hundreds of Institutions navigate identity, cybersecurity, and integration complexity. He has lived inside these problems in a way very few people have.

What we respect most about AJ isn't just his résumé - it's the journey that brought him here.

After two decades building service organizations to help Institutions close critical gaps, he reached a conclusion that resonates deeply with everything we're building at QuickLaunch: services can bridge a gap, but the right product closes it.

He vetted QuickLaunch as a practitioner. He believed in the platform before he believed in the role. That kind of intellectual honesty is rare and it's exactly the standard our customers deserve.

In his role as COO, AJ will lead Operations including 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, the three functions that define the QuickLaunch experience. He's not just joining an executive team; he's taking ownership of the entire customer journey.

Growing the QuickLaunch leadership team with someone of AJ's caliber, not just the depth of his higher ed relationships, but his operator's instincts, his commitment to service excellence, and his high expectations for quality is a milestone we’re genuinely proud of.

QuickLaunch has been awarded the Ellucian Partner Network “Verified for SaaS” badge for Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) for Ellucian Banner.

This certification recognizes our IntegrationX platform and our mission to help institutions achieve Ellucian Cloud Readiness at a lower cost than traditional approaches.
