How much does Matterhorn really cost? The $3200 guided climb was only the beginning😁👇🏼

9 days until Matterhorn. People see one summit photo. Here’s what it takes to get there:

⛰️Mountain guide — $3200
A 1:1 mountain guide, shared technical group gear, one night at Hörnli Hut, lifts, a group first-aid kit.

⛰️Personal mountain equipment — about $6000
Technical gear, mountain clothing, alpine backpack, poles, headlamp, glasses, goggles, hydration system, first-aid essentials, and weather protection.

⛰️Travel & logistics — about $3000
A round-trip flight from Miami, trains to and from Zermatt, hotel nights before and after the climb, meals, local transportation.

⛰️Training and mountain fuel — about $600
Electrolytes, gels, bars, recovery snacks, and food for long training and climb days.

⛰️GoPro setup — about $600
To make a content for you😁 Camera, chest mount, mount adapter, magnetic latch mount, a carrying case, an extra battery.

⛰️Few months of preparation — about $1600
Climbing gym three times a week, rentals, technical coaching, plus separate gym and strength training.

TOTAL from zero: around $15.000

And that’s BEFORE extra hotel nights, guide tips, taxes, shipping, or a possible weather-day change of plans.

I already own much of my personal climbing gear. But this is what a climb like Matterhorn can really cost.

Which part surprised you most?🫣

12 days until Matterhorn🧗🏼‍♀️

People often ask me how I make room for all of it at 43yo: mountains, training, my business, being a mom, a personal life, building a new product anf training for Matterhorn right now🤯

The answer is simple: I stopped waiting for life to become less busy⌛️ It won’t.

So I treat my energy, health, and time like priorities, not something I’ll get to "when everything is done"

Some days I’m in meetings. Some days I’m working on a new product. Some days I’m with my daughter or I’m climbing.

I don’t need to choose one version of myself. I can love a beautiful dress on Friday night and wake up ready for the mountains on Saturday morning🏔️

What about you? 🧡

13 days until Matterhorn 4478 m💪🏼

Hi, I’m Olesia. I’m 43!

At 30, I weighed almost 220 lbs. I had very little energy and couldn’t run even 500 meters.

For a long time, I thought the answer was simply to get smaller. I tried diets, restrictions, and starting over again and again. At one point, I was much thinner than I am now. But I was tired, disconnected from my body, and had no real energy for life.

That changed the question for me. I stopped asking: How can I lose weight?, and started asking: How can I build a body that carries me through life with energy?🔋

I spent years learning: nutrition, training, longevity, anti-aging. I went to clinics, attended lectures and workshops, studied the research, worked with specialists, and tested what actually worked for my own body. That became my METHOD.

At 43, I DONT WANT a body that simply looks fit. I WANT a body that lets me live fully: train, travel, climb, recover, work, be present with my daughter, and keep saying YES to big dreams.

And right now, that dream is Matterhorn🧗🏼‍♀️ This is not a casual hike. Matterhorn is SERIOUS alpine terrain. Experience, the right gear, physical preparation, and good judgment are non-negotiable.

A few weeks ago, I injured my ankle. I’m recovering carefully and preparing every day. I’m also deeply GRATEFUL that the years I’ve spent supporting my health are helping me now.

That’s what longevity means to me🙏🏼 Not trying to stay young forever. Building a body that still lets you do extraordinary things at 43 and beyond🏔️

Stay with me, I’ll be sharing the real preparation for Matterhorn🧡

14 days until Matterhorn🫣🧗🏼‍♀️

It’s not the highest mountain in the world. But it is one of the most technically demanding climbs in Europe: steep slopes, exposed sections - you don’t show up here unprepared!

A few weeks ago, I injured my ankle🥲

I’ll be honest: I’m nervous. I still don’t know how my ankle will feel at altitude, on long descents, and after hours on the route.

But I’m not postponing the trip! EVERY day, I’m doing what I need to do: rehab for my ankle, adjusted training, recovery, good nutrition, vitamins, and giving my body what it needs.

And now, at 43, I can see that EVERYTHING I’ve invested in my health over the years is supporting me🙏🏼🙏🏼 The swelling went down quickly. I’m moving again and slowly getting back to training.

Matterhorn is getting very close. And I’m going there with enormous respect for this mountain and ready to see what I’m capable of💪🏼

I’m preparing a series of reels for you about the mountains and my preparation for Matterhorn. Will you be waiting for it? 🧡🏔️

Rattle dreams into reality!🧡

Hi, I’m Olesia. I’m 43. I’ve learned not to talk too much about the things I want before they become real.

Some dreams need silence. They need discipline, preparation, and work no one sees.

The mountains taught me that the summit is never built in public. It is built in early mornings, hard training, doubt, and choosing not to stop.

So I keep moving quietly. And let the results speak for me. ⛰️🧡

I keep some dreams quiet until they become real🙌🏼

The mountains taught me this: the hardest work happens long before the summit!

Training. Preparation. Doubt. Discipline. One step at a time.

Not everyone needs to know where you’re going. Not everyone needs to understand your dream.

Just keep moving toward it⛰️🧡
