What’s your favorite taco?
It’s Taco Tuesday! I am missing the tacostand that’s for sure.
They have delicious tacos here in Wynwood. I definitely eat to my heart’s content here.
Taco al pastor, chicken taco and the shrimp taco are my go to dishes here.

Usually this is something we Venezuelans eat for breakfast... but this pandemic has us skipping some rules around the house!
What year is it?!? That’s how I’m feeling right now. These are so delicious and satisfying. One of my favorite dishes to make, and relatively simple.

Homemade tortilla with “huevos a la mexicana” and a sliced avocado for a delicious combination of flavors that just burst in every bite.
I was craving something different for breakfast and this just hit the spot. If you’re in the mood to try something different, put your scrambled eggs in a tortilla and turn it into a burrito... mine just weren’t big enough for a burrito lol plus I couldn’t find my rolling pin soooo improvised a bit
