One of the biggest goals in ABA is building independence 🌱
Whether it’s asking for help, completing a routine, communicating needs, or navigating daily activities, independence is taught through small, achievable steps.
We provide support when it’s needed, celebrate progress, and gradually fade assistance as confidence grows. Every independent response matters—even the ones that seem small.
Because today’s “I can do it myself” started as yesterday’s “I need a little help.” 💙
Our social media manager asks us to do some pretty ridiculous stuff… anything for the gram, right? 😂

One of the biggest goals in ABA is teaching functional replacement behaviors — not just reducing problem behaviors.
When we understand why a behavior is happening, we can teach safer and more effective ways for a learner to communicate their needs. That’s where real progress happens. 🤍
Are you an Eimi or a Gretel? 😉

Pairing is the part of ABA that looks like “just playing”… but it’s actually one of the most important steps in therapy. Before we ask a learner to work, follow directions, transition, or tolerate hard moments—we build trust.
It’s like that sometimes 🤷🏻♀️

The smallest victories in ABA are often the biggest milestones 💙
What may seem “little” to others can represent weeks, months, or even years of hard work, trust, regulation, and growth for our learners. Progress isn’t always huge or dramatic. Sometimes it looks like asking for help, waiting patiently, or trying again after frustration.
Celebrate the small wins. They matter more than people realize ✨
