Ball For Us

The mission of Ball For Us (“BFU”) is to educate disadvantaged youth, including youth in low-income communities, homeless and foster children, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), about the benefits of healthy eating and exercise, and to promote mental, physical, and emotional health awareness through educational events, sports and fitness activities. We also support U.S. veterans and their families.

BFU is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.

The mission of SAVE OUR PLANET is to promote the health, well-being and protection of children, animals and the environment through community outreach and activism.  SOP is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.

SAVE OUR PLANET creates programs in California that support underserved youth and young adults in the community, including foster children and homeless children, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We also support U.S. veterans and their families.

BALL FOR US has partnered with nonprofit Reach Back Skills Development Inc. to offer a free, 4-week online Carpentry Pre-Apprenticeship Program for United States veterans, and homeless / foster youth ages 15 and up. 🇺🇸

This transformative workforce development program addresses the shortage of skilled tradespeople nationwide while equipping U.S. veterans and underserved youth with practical and professional construction skills. Students learn real-world information online, preparing them for long-term, sustainable careers in carpentry while contributing to their communities. 🔨

REACH BACK SKILLS DEVELOPMENT is a transformative workforce development program designed to address the national shortage of skilled tradespeople while equipping U.S. veterans, and young men and women in underserved communities, with the practical, professional, and personal skills needed for success in the construction industry. Through their comprehensive online carpentry curriculum, students are guided step-by-step through real-world knowledge that prepares them to contribute to their communities, enter apprenticeship programs, and build long-term, sustainable careers.
