Thursdays are volunteer day for Lochlan at Moore Exotic Animal Ranch, as he gains more hands-on exotic animal experience.
We highly suggest visiting them for a group or private tour!

Just our chicken man with our newest rooster, named Goliath.
He will eventually be the main papa for our Silkie flock.

Lavender (left) and Scratchy (Right).
Right now, they are easy to tell apart.
Lavender has a much-desired vaulted skull and a beautiful light color.
Scratchy is a partridge chick with no vaulted skull.

New additions to Hippocampus Farm. Silkies, of course. One of our favorite chicken breeds.
Too young to know gender, but we are keeping our toes crossed.
(Toes, because one of the fun things about Silkies is their extra toes!)
Their names are:

👉 Lavendar
👉 Rose
👉 Itchy
👉 Scratchy
