With an artistic and creative background I decided to bet on myself and invest in my future . I've been in the art seen since I can remember .

At the age of 7 my dad started working for The BAKEHOUSE Art Complex where I was exposed to a variety of artist with different skills and background which helped me see people in a different light. My dad is my inspiration and my introduction into the world of art. Last year I lost my guiding light. I decided to go in and reeducate myself and incorporate the very thing that he introduced me to. A history-making day for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, IncorporatedĀ®. The ribbon-cutting for the grand opening of our the, ā€œFor Members Only,ā€ (FMO), credit union took place at our Corporate Headquarters in Chicago, at the start of the 2023 Leadership Seminar. FMO is the first Black-owned, women-led, sorority-based digital banking financial institution in the history of the United States, and some of our Sisters even signed up on-site!
