Downtown Summer Sounds is BACK for Year 3 and we’re “'tearin’ up your heart” in the best way possible as we kick things off boy band style with a throwback you won’t want to miss.

Break out your cargo pants, slap bracelets, and best boy band moves as we welcome *NSYNC’s Joey Fatone, who will host "A Night of 90s Boy Band Music" on Monday, July 14 from 7–9pm at the Downtown Plaza featuring ultimate 90’s tribute band, Saved by the 90s.

This free outdoor concert is the first of two shows in our 2025 Hackensack Meridian Downtown Summer Sounds series, presented by the Borough of Metuchen, the Metuchen Downtown Alliance and the Metuchen Arts Council. The second show will be announced shortly.

This outdoor event is free but registration is required. If weather gets in the way, we’ll move indoors to a limited-seating venue so the show can go on. A number of “rain tickets” for the alternate venue will be available for a non-refundable $10 donation to the Metuchen Downtown Alliance.
