Trinity is scheduled to be discharged from rehabilitation today. 🥳🙏 She has made remarkable progress, demonstrating significant improvement in her walking and speaking abilities. 🚶‍♀️🗣️ While she will continue with therapy for some time, and her food will need to be processed until her swallowing fully recovers, we are incredibly grateful for all your prayers and kindly ask that you continue to keep her in your thoughts. ❤️‍🩹🙏 We believe that God is consistently watching over Trinity. 😇🙏 We also extend our sincere thanks for all the generous GoFundMe donations. 💖💸 Additionally, Trinity will be featured on KTAR with Larry Gaydos at 2:30. 📻🌟 We want to thank Mr. Gaydos for extending his invitation onto the station to share her story.

Trinity was discharged yesterday and has begun her rehabilitation. 🏥 She will be residing at St. Joseph for therapy sessions. 🏨 Due to some paralysis in her mouth, she requires therapy to regain the ability to eat and drink without difficulty. 🗣️ She feels her smile has not yet returned to its usual state. 😊 Additionally, she aspires to walk independently again, without the aid of a walker. 🚶‍♀️

✨Day 11 of Botulism✨

Just an update for everyone… I have been doing better. 😊🎉 Every day my body regrows nerves that the toxins destroyed, which means slowly I’m regaining normal functions. 💪✨

This video is me celebrating being able to eat a little bit of soft food with permission! 🥳🍎

I can now swallow (only pea-sized amounts of soft foods), which is a huge improvement from where I started, which was not being able to swallow my own saliva. 🥳🙏

I can walk around a tiny bit with the use of a walker. I went from completely not being able to lift my legs or arms to that. My neck is still a bit weak, which is why I can’t walk too far, but with time I’ll be pacing everywhere as normal 🤣🚶‍♀️💪

My eyes are not as terrible. 👀👁️‍🗨️ I have a tiny bit of double vision, and my eyelids get tired? 😴😩 Never thought I’d experience tired eyelids; it’s low-key strange. 🧐🤨 But before, the double vision was CRAZY. 😵‍💫🤯 I couldn’t see unless someone was a foot away from my face. 🚶‍♀️↔️

And as you have probably already seen, I don’t have to rely on a ventilator to breathe, which is great. 🥳😮‍💨 I’m still trying to build my lungs back up to normal, though. 😤💪

I still probably have a few months ahead of me before I’m completely back to where I was, but I’m happy to at least be gaining pieces of my independence back. 🥹😊

Also, I just want to say I am so SO grateful for everyone who has been checking up on me, visiting me, and making me feel loved and supported throughout this hard time I’ve been having. 🙏💖 I try my best to respond to everyone. 💬🤗
