🌊 Transforming troubled waters into a swimmer's paradise in Mesa! We tackled this green pool with a full drain and a powerful chlorine wash to eliminate stubborn algae. To restore the plaster's shine, we followed up with an acid wash. Realizing the filter was part of the problem, we upgraded it with a top-of-the-line Pentair TR-60 sand filter. Now, it's not just clean—it's sparkling and ready in time for swim season! 🏊‍♂️✨

Installation of Pentair IntelliFlo 3 with I/O Board and Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 520 Cartridge Filter. The IntelliFlo pump previously used for filtration was reinstalled as the Booster Pump for the Waterfall. The Pentair IntelliBrite color LED light and the Booster Pump were both connected to the relay board on the IntelliFlo 3, allowing for remote control via the Pentair Home app. The homeowner can now operate and monitor their pool system from anywhere.

A suction-side cleaner had been used in this pool for years, despite having an in-floor pop-up cleaning system. In order to restore the in-floor system, we cut out and reoriented the return-side PVC plumbing and valves, blew out all piping to the pop-ups, and replaced twenty pop-up heads. The pop-up system is now fully functional and the pool stays immaculately clean.

Before & After - This job required cutting out all the equipment and moving the piping about six feet, pouring a concrete slab, constructing the block wall, then installing the IntelliFlo Pump, EasyTouch/ScreenLogic Automation System, Blower, and Heat/Cool UltraTemp Heat Pump. The homeowners now have an equipment system that is much easier to access, will be able to enjoy swimming in warm water most of the year, cool water in the summer, and will be able to operate their system conveniently through an app.
