Happy Mother's Day!

For my mom I did a white velvet cake with strawberry vanilla butter cream, layered with fresh whipped cream and home made raspberry/strawberry filling. Nice and light! A definite favorite of mine.

One of todays. This one is becoming a popular request. Don't like PNB, I can do any variation you like.

Three layer chocolate cake with raspberry filling and a citrus chocolate ganache. Yum! Hope the birthday boy is happy.

That's a wrap! Easter cakes are done. All carrot and one Oreo. Just asked my family what they wanted for tomorrow and of course it's a carrot cake, lol.
