West Ada School District offers a Fire Services Career Technical Education program at the Career Technical Center CTC-Renaissance Campus.
These elective courses are available for all sophomore and older students within the district. Go to a high school in Meridian Schools District? You could be eligible to take a course in the Fire/Emergency Services program at the Ada Professional-Technical Education Training Center! Talk to your counselor to see if you can enroll!

Thanks to Boise Fire Department for allowing our students to be a part of their training. The students learned a lot and enjoyed the experience.
ACTC Has started the new school year with four awesome classes. I am looking forward to the year and sharing with all the students and watching their growth.

Congrats to the Students that competed in The Firefighting Skills USA 2016 Competition, Austin Kelly 1st place Gold Metal, Josh Wheeler 2nd place Silver Metal, Tyler Souza 3rd place Bronze Metal, The other competitors were Riley Holmes, Chase Teats, Kiristi Bartlett, Taylee Smullin, and Noah Monroe. All of the students did a great job and gave their all, I am proud of each and every one of them.
Fire 1 and 2 Students the Meridian Fire Department engine 3 dedication is at Station 3 3545 Locust Grove today Tuesday 11/3/15 at 1:00 so meet at the church next door no later than 12:30.
