Things They Don't Tell You About Owning a Business: You'll Be Assembling Furniture.
People think business owners spend their days making big decisions and leading meetings. Sometimes we do. But most days, we're also the furniture installers, janitors, marketers, accountants, movers, customer service reps, and delivery crew.
When you're building a business, you don't just wear one hat—you wear all of them. It's not always glamorous, but every random job is another brick in the foundation of something you're building from the ground up.

Strong passwords are your first line of defense against cyber threats.
Aim for 16–20 characters and include: • ✅ Uppercase letters (A–Z) • ✅ Lowercase letters (a–z) • ✅ Numbers (0–9) • ✅ Symbols (!@ #$%^&*)
Long, unique passwords are far harder for attackers to crack than short, complex ones. Even better? Use a password manager to generate and securely store a different password for every account.
Your password shouldn't be easy to remember—it should be nearly impossible to guess. 🔐

Got to go to Cascade last week to play in the Veteran Chambers golf tournament :) it was heart warming seeing how many businesses in the valley came to support the chamber and its mission to help veterans thrive in our area. As a veteran owned business, it continues to be a privilege to support this mission.
Don't put all your eggs in one inbox. Use separate email addresses for different purposes—one for work, one for banking and finances, and another for personal accounts. If one email is compromised, keeping your financial and business accounts separate can significantly limit the damage and help protect your most important information. A few extra email addresses today can prevent a major headache tomorrow.
