I want to say happy birthday to this beautiful woman. She is the light of my life. We are spending another birthday together with neither of us feeling too well due to sickness, but regardless, I’m so grateful to have her. Another year, older, and as usual, just a little bit prettier!  I love you Angela Wiley!

We had breakfast at The Cutwater on Payette Lake this morning and not only was the food phenomenal, the young lady that served us made our experience even better! Amelia went out of her way to make our breakfast memorable. Thank you Amelia!

While talking with a homeowner today from a subdivision that is having property management issues, I was asked what makes us different. My reply was simple….we think as each property long term….”LONG TERM SERVICE FOR LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS”. We look at each property as if it is OUR investment. If we lose business, we take that to heart and try to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We are definitely not perfect and constantly have to adapt to new challenges!
