I started coming to NHIC Idaho in fall of 2023 with chronic inflammation and Hashimoto’s. Gerald worked with me to help me find my trigger foods, muscle tested, and after having hives all over my body for over 10 months, I finally found relief. Then I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2024. After a bilateral mastectomy, dealing with fears of what this diagnosis means, Zoe met with me and helped to pick up all the pieces. With her compassionate encouragement and support she has worked with me tirelessly on my health journey. I am in a better spot than I was three years ago, and I still have more work to do. Knowing that I have a team of health practitioners to support me means the world to me.

For over two decades, I have struggled with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Heart palpitations were a daily occurrence in addition to energy levels never reaching above a 5/10. I was plagued with extreme fatigue, often sleeping up to 15 hours per day, which made it challenging to stay fully alert and connected to my friends and family.
