RevDynamic Services LLC is expanding, and we are looking for a Portfolio Revenue Manager Assistant.

RevDynamic Services Background and Scope of Service:
RevDynamic Services is a private company that provides revenue management, sales, and operational services to its clients. We work with multiple hospitality brands including IHG®, Best Western®, Choice®, Wyndham®, and others. After more than 30 years in the hospitality industry and working with several brands, we began our private endeavor in 2020 with the goal of providing our clients the level of service we expected throughout that time. Our rapid growth is a tribute to the quality of the personalized services we provide every client to help them achieve their revenue goals.

Work from home:
This is a salaried, hybrid position. Training and periodic meetings will take place in-person, typical day-to-day will be virtual/remote. A quiet place with reliable internet service is required for the position.

What you will do:
This role will be responsible for assisting a Portfolio Revenue Manager with their portfolio of hotels and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Training: Complete any required hotel brand or industry trainings to effectively support the Portfolio Revenue Manager and the portfolio of hotels.
• Hotel Revenue Calls: Attend and participate in regularly scheduled hotel revenue calls, take notes during the call, and provide a recap of key call topics, strategies, and changes.
• Daily Hotel Rate Changes and Touchpoints: Assist the Portfolio Revenue Manager with daily touchpoints for hotels which include rate changes and performance updates.
• Hotel Reputation Management: Assist the Portfolio Revenue Manager with online review response and customer care incidents.
• Hotel Sales: Assist the Portfolio Revenue Manager with a variety of hotel sales tasks including:
o Prospecting and Email Marketing
o Creating Proposals and Contracts
o Sales Calls and Lead Response
o Sales Tracking
o System Entry (including group entry, rooming lists, corporate rate loads, etc)

Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 5 years’ hotel operations experience
• Preferred hotel management experience
• Preferred hotel sales experience
• Receives tactical direction on duties, service standards, and goals
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Strong public speaking/communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work from home uninterrupted
• Self-starter with excellent work ethic, salesmanship, interpersonal, and communications skills.
• Adaptable in rapidly changing business
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office and Zoom
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate computer systems

Benefits:
• Yearly Salary $50,000+ DOE
