6 ways to use your ClickUp brain

- Give it a new project and have it plan the entire thing with phases, tasks, subtasks, and deadlines.

- Tell it what information you need to collect on a form and have it create the custom fields you’ll need.

- Upload a screenshot of notes, a spreadsheet, an email, or literally your chicken scratch and have it turn everything into actual tasks.

- Give it an existing workflow and ask what could be automated so you can stop manually moving tasks, assigning people, or sending the same updates.

- Have it take a process you already do and turn it into an SOP your team can actually follow.

- Ask it to review an existing project or process and point out what’s missing, duplicated, or creating extra work.

ClickUp brain = worth skipping the hours it takes to build from scratch.

I have never been more productive than I am in a random 30-minute block of silence since becoming a mom. 😂
