During this tournament, we successfully helped raise money for the non profit organization that empowers individuals with disabilities to actively participate in community events. The Beautiful Lives Project works with companies to defeat isolation within the disabled community.

Pickleball-Specific Exercise Class

Want to move better on the court, play under control, and reduce strain on your body?
Our Drills & Skills class is designed specifically for the demands of pickleball — and it’s led by an expert who knows the game inside and out.

This 3-part program focuses on helping you feel stronger, quicker, and more confident every time you step on the court.

✅ What you’ll gain:
• Move better on the court
• Play under control
• Reduce strain on your body

🏓 What you’ll learn:
• Warm-up & loosen-up exercises
• Stretching to improve mobility
• Strengthening key pickleball muscles
• Footwork, power, chasing lobs, and kitchen-line movement
• On-court skills to put it all together

Tuesdays — February 24th, March 3rd, & March 10th

• 3 classes (1 hour each)
