We had a great time at Merced Adult School for our Your Experience Matters workshop! 🙌

This session focused on helping Merced Adult School students recognize the value of their transferable skills—because every experience counts. Through interactive, hands-on activities, participants got out of their seats, worked in teams, and built strong skill statements together.

We also practiced using the STAR method to confidently tackle interview questions and share real-life experiences in a way that stands out. ⭐

It was inspiring to see everyone support one another, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their career goals.
