These little explorers are ready for an adventure during African Safari Week at EERP CAMP! 🐘🦒🐒🦛🦏🐊

We are hosting our first of four summer camps this week at the EERP! These galaxy explorers are having a great time learning about space and pretending to be astronauts! 🧑‍🚀 Yesterday they had a special program with Lake Metropark, where they did soap bubble chemistry 🫧 , and today our special visitor led us in galaxy yoga! 🌖 🌎 🪐

Pre-K A enjoyed the sunshine and had some fun with the parachute!! Look at those smiles!! 🤍😊🩵

Our Junior Kindergarten class has been learning about the farm in preparation for their upcoming field trip to Lake Farmpark. They have been learning about farm and pond habitats and what plants and animals live on the farm! 🐴🐄🐓🦤🌾

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Pre-K A used their ice cream theme to practice some important skills this week. They worked on graphing with a “Favorite Ice Cream” graph, put ice cream cones in number order, strengthened their fine motor muscles with play dough ice cream, journaled about ice cream, painted ice cream cones, stacked rhyming scoops, matched uppercase and lower case letters on frozen treat cards, and had a blast using their imagination in our dramatic play Ice Cream Shop. 🍨🍦
