If you run a local service-based business, social media should not feel like a second job. (But it is an incredible brand boosting tool).

That is especially true for realtors.

You already have plenty going on:�clients, follow-ups, showings, appointments, negotiations, paperwork, and the constant back-and-forth that comes with being available when people need you.

So if posting keeps falling off your list, you are not alone.

The problem is usually not that you have nothing to say.
�It’s that creating content takes too long when you are starting from zero every time.

“You don’t need more ideas. You need execution.”

Here is the simpler way to think about it:

1. Pick repeatable content types.�Do not reinvent every post. Use a few types over and over: market updates, quick tips, FAQs, behind-the-scenes, and local insight.

2. Say what people actually care about.�For realtors, that means what buyers are asking, what sellers should know, what is happening in the market, and what working with you looks like.

3. Keep it useful, not overproduced.�A helpful post that sounds real will do more for you than something fancy that does not say much.

4. Batch your content.�Set aside one focused block of time to batch multiple posts instead of trying to think of something new every day.

5. Make consistency easier than overthinking.�If your process is too complicated, you will avoid it. If it is simple, you will actually use it.

6. Aim to stay visible, not perfect.�People do not need you to be flawless on social media. They need to keep seeing you enough to remember you when they need help.

For realtors specifically, good content often sounds like this:
• what buyers are confused about right now.
• what sellers should know before listing.
• what is happening in your local market.
• what a week in your business actually looks like.
• what makes you different as an agent.

That kind of content builds trust because it feels specific, helpful, and real.

And that is really the goal.
