👀 Wondering what’s being built between Sherman St & Dawson St in Menifee?

If you’ve driven through this area recently, you may have noticed a MASSIVE construction project taking shape.

It’s the Menifee Commerce Center a major industrial and logistics development that could bring approximately 2.8 MILLION square feet of industrial space to the area across three buildings. 🏗️

And this isn’t just a proposal sitting on paper…

🚧 Building 1 is already under construction and is approximately 1,046,539 square feet.

To put that into perspective, Building 1 alone will have:

🚛 165 dock doors
🚚 368 trailer stalls
🚗 584 parking spaces
📍 Less than a mile from I-215

The bigger picture? Menifee continues to grow beyond residential development, with major investments in industrial, commercial and employment opportunities coming to the city.

Of course, projects this large can also mean more truck traffic and congestion, so there are definitely two sides to the growth conversation.
