Courtney’s professional career began in 2010 with an internship at The University of Vermont Morgan Horse Farm. This pivotal experience led her to work as a groom and youth rider at two top Morgan training facilities, where she gained invaluable hands-on knowledge. In 2014, she transitioned into professional training as an Assistant Trainer and Instructor at Windward Farm in Pennsylvania. Her career continued to flourish when she became one of the Head Trainers at Waterford Farm, where she trained and instructed horses and riders at both the regional and national levels for two years. In 2017, Courtney took her expertise to Kierson Farm, where she trained Morgan and American Saddlebred horses for two years before starting her own program, Berlin Stables. Under her leadership, Berlin Stables celebrated the victory of two Grand National Champions:
