My wife's, Melanie, aunt Sheila, owns a salon in East Memphis and had some decorative heads with long hair made years ago. They were dull and faded. I took them to to get a fresh look. Dana, who works at Rick's, suggested the color with an added ingredient called cracked glass, which gives it a glitter effect.

Randy Rose, a good friend of 35 years asked me to give him a price on a bench to sit near the flag pole. Since his hire on, he has helped to beautify the Brighton FD. Randy works tirelessly to better the lives of everyone around him! I told him I'd donate my time and materials and would ask others I'd involve to see if they could help me out. The back piece was donated by Metal-Fab Services, owned by Tommy Goforth in Somerville, TN. I've known Tommy for 35 years as well, as his apprentice at O.H. Hendrix, working for him at Metal-Fab and renting space from him when I started my business. His son-in-law, Zach, took what I had in mind and came up with the design. The Cardinal was my idea, because the station is at the old Brighton HS, and we are Cardinals. It was my wife, Melanie's idea to rest the Cardinal on top of the helmet. The absolute beautiful powder coat was donated by Rick Taylor, owner of Rick's Powder Coating. The base is gloss black and the back is Red Barron. I've been doing business with Rick for 15 years. Any powder coating needs, rails, patio furnace, car parts, rims, "Start With A Great Finish", is their moto! Thank you Randy for the opportunity, Tommy for the plasma cutting and Rick for the beautiful powder coat finish!

People love horizontal balusters. First time I've used this powder coat color "Beaver Bronze" provided by . She told me they look much more beautiful in person than the pics I shared with her.

Everything I do is custom. Some people don't understand that "custom" cost more than store bought or "Made in ______". This client found the design on Pinterest. This gate is 6'H x 5'W with 4" posts and self closing hinges. The powder coat by is a grey black.
