I am Tenesa Rochelle Billingsley, the owner and creative designer of T. Rochelle Events. I have been in business over eight years with over ten plus years of experience. I have learned and unlearned so many things when it comes to business and the wedding & event industry. God has blessed me with one (designing) of many gifts that I do not take for granted. I love to create and bring my clients' vision to life. I believe in going above and beyond. I believe in being realistic and transparent when it comes to executing my clients' vision and their budget. I believe in providing outstanding customer service and treating people like I want to be treated. I have become more mature, knowledgeable, and motivated.
