So…I tested a Pineapple Cream Cheese Pound Cake a couple of months ago. Need to revisit it to ensure it’s ready for the holidays.

Test run. 6in round Cookie Butter Cake. Cookie butter drip, Biscoff cookies on top with the crumbs around the bottom. Filling of cookie butter and crushed Biscoff cookies. Taste Amazing! Next time I will not be so light on the filling. Trying. Learning.
