In this episode, we are joined by Alyssa Valentyn, Supervisor of Vivarium Services at Eisai, US, to discuss her recent JAALAS paper, ‘Extended Sanitization Frequency for Bottles: Using Volume as an Alternative to Time-Scheduled Replacements for Mice in Disposable Individually Ventilat-ed Caging Systems.’

Along the way, she reflects on sustainability, operational efficiency, and reducing environmental waste, while offering advice for facilities interested in conducting similar evaluations in their own programs.
