Fun with Forts

Happy Birthday to my favorite Son! So proud of him leading his church for the 7 th year, working 3 jobs to support his family. Proud of him getting his Master of Divinity and now perusing his Master in Education. Proud of him loving his bride and being the Godly man he is called to be . Proud of him that he and I are the only father and son being a Pastor in the Big Hatchi Association. LeBron and Bronny don’t have anything on us!! Happy birthday Son ! Big 32!

Decks include:
rails, stairs, committed posts, 5/4 smooth routered boards that are 6" wide (able to walk barefoot on boards)

$9.00 per square foot = treated pine with galvanized screw nails

Pergolas include:
6x6 posts, 1x3 top trim, and decorative scallops every 12 inches

Storage units are leveled and built on 16" centers. The siding is primed with an undercoat of paint. Asphalt shingles are used for the roof. Shingles are color-coordinated to match your house.

Open or closed carport designs are available. Sizes vary per customers' needs/ requests.

Forts and swingsets are bolted in with approximately 60-100 bolts/set. Screws, nails, and staples are used on non-structured parts, roof, etc. Structure is made from treated yellow pine, which will not rot and is non-toxic. Decorative pane is made from Number 1 cedar wood. Custom-built swingsets are also available, per needs/requests. Your set can consist of a variety of things, such as: swings, slides (10 foot), fireman poles, a climbing rock wall, baby swings, gliders, adult porch swings, furniture, rings/ trapeze bar, telescope, steering wheel, tire swing, bridges, different levels, different size decks, etc. Forts and roofs can be either open/closed.

Playhouses are available in all shapes, sizes, and colors. I have made some that are off-the-ground with slides, climbing walls, and fireman poles. For the girls, we can dress it up with shutters, window boxes, porch swings, and real windows. Lofts come standard in the 9x10 model. Each playhouse consists of the following: 3 windows, loft, front porch, porch swing, labor, delivery, and setup.

All wood fences are set in concrete with three 2x4 runners between posts. Shadowbox, trimmed and standard fences are available in cedar and treated pine. Custom design is also available to meet your needs. Single/double gates are available, as well as decorative gates.
