Elliot Perry is well known in Memphis for his NBA career and much more! His impact in the mentoring efforts in Memphis, value of the arts, and emphasis on education have made our city better. As we reflect on Black History Month, we want to highlight people who came from the Heights and are contributing great things to Memphis culture.
Penny Hardaway, class of 90', is well known for his successful career in the NBA and currently from his role as the Head Coach for the Memphis Tigers Men's Basketball Team. He has chosen to make Memphis his home again and pour into young men at the University of Memphis. Penny, thank you for making your way back to Treadwell to celebrate the improvements made for Heights neighbors!
