Finally our Large format FDM NT 1000 3D printer has arrived, had to pick up from the truck lines due to the possibility of it flipping over trying to get down the hill in front of the studio. Its now uncrated, will get it wired and running next several days. The printer can print one cubic meter. 42"s x 42"s x 42"s dual print heads, this probably the largest 3D printer in the Mid South.

They say life begins at 70 I guess I'm living proof of it. Here's to embracing every moment and creating new memories. 71, 9 years to 80.

Jin and I have finally got the foundry setup so it takes only the two of us to pour bronze for our newest creations. Must say its a lot more fun with several other artist around to lend a hand and tell all sorts of lies. :)

Meira, had a wonderful birthday this past Friday, Seemed her eyes were glued to the painting Jin did of her on her tricycle. Kept telling her mom and dad thats ME.

26 years ago Jin was commissioned by the Tennessee Arts Commission to design and fabricate a bronze bas relief celebrating Tennessee's role as the first state to ratify to the US Constitution, the 14th and 15th amendment, defining voting rights along with citizenship. The bronze measures 54"s x 92"s weighs around 650 lbs. Fabrication / casting was all performed here at our studio / foundry.

Jin is all setup at the Fall, Queeny Art Festival with her new botanical works along with her Origami paintings , All arrangements were flowers we grew over the last 2 years in our front studio beds.
