Today I’m still in disbelief. My heart is heavy trying to accept that my aunt is gone. She was a nurse by profession, but a healer by nature—always giving, always kind, always someone you could trust. She showed up for people in ways that mattered, often quietly, always selflessly.

To me, she was more than an aunt. She was a mother. She loved me, guided me, and cared for me in ways I’ll carry for the rest of my life. That kind of love doesn’t disappear—it becomes legacy.

While the loss hurts deeply, I find comfort knowing she’s no longer suffering. She gave so much of herself to this world, and now she can finally rest.

Thank you for everything you poured into us. Your love, your compassion, and your spirit will live on through all the lives you touched—especially mine. 🤍 Rest easy, Aunt Geredean. 🕊️🤍 LIKE I TOLD YOU YESTERDAY I LOVE YOU. ❤️🙏🏽💪🏾

The Wake Up Walk/Run Series: Season Finale

Completed and Yes I PR’d. I finished 15th in males 30-29 and 50th overall. 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♂️💯

Good Vibes Tonight. Runners Unite. 3 miles Average Pace 8:41/Mile

Yesterday I knocked out my fastest 3-mile run yet — 26:24 with an 8:49 pace 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 Been putting in that work and it’s finally showing. Feeling good, feeling strong, and this just the beginning. 💪🏾

Still riding the high from D.C. this weekend! 🏃🏾‍♂️💨

Had an amazing time running the District 19 Race with the District Running Collective! This 19k was no joke 😅 — definitely one of the most challenging races I’ve done, but all those training sessions paid off big time. 💪🏾 I held a 10:45 per mile pace, and I’m so proud of how I pushed through every mile.

The vibes in D.C. were unmatched — great people, great energy, and perfect weather 🌤️🙌🏾. The city was beautiful, and the whole experience is something I’ll never forget.
