What an incredible time at the Rockabilly Rodeo in Selmer, Tennessee, last weekend! 🤠🎉

Sarah did great representing at this amazing event put on by Rockin K Rodeo Productions. From visiting with fans and spectators to watching some truly outstanding contestants compete, it was a night to remember.

📚 Read Across America Week with Teen Miss Rodeo Tennessee!

In honor of Read Across America Week, Sarah traded the arena for the classroom! 🌟

On Monday and Wednesday, she visited Carter Lawrence Elementary School in Nashville, where she had the best time reading her favorite Dr. Seuss books to first grade students!

Then on Friday, Sarah headed to Heritage Elementary School, which holds a very special place in her heart because it was her school! Not only did she read to the first graders, but she also got to walk the halls, visit her sister's friends, and catch up with her old teachers. One very special reunion was getting to see her own first grade teacher, Mrs. Teresa Oldham! 🥹

There is nothing more powerful than showing kids that reading opens so many doors and can take us on an adventure, no matter where we are! 👑📖

Thank you to both schools for welcoming Sarah with such open arms. She left with a full heart, and we know those students did too!

Board member and Buckle Sponsor Reed Bullock had the honor of presenting Sarah Evans, 2026 Teen Miss Rodeo Tennessee, with her buckle. It was a special moment celebrating the legacy and continued excellence of our program.

The evening was an incredible success and an exciting way to kick off the year with strong support, enthusiasm, and momentum. We are so proud of Sarah and look forward to watching her represent Tennessee, promote the sport of rodeo, and serve as a positive role model throughout her reign.
