This is a master bath renovation, on this one we demolished all the original design, all new plumbing was installed, and some new plumbing was added or relocated, to have a walk in shower with a free standing tub and a nice bench seat area by the shower heads, also the faucets on the vanity where really a nice touch, and all the tile on walls and floor where choose by costumer.

This is different a storm room with a closet build together, this addition is a 16 by 25 feet, we did use 4.6x 16 feet to build the storm room, with a heavy duty door, and center blocks filled with concrete and rebar, also the ceiling it’s self is a concrete slab.

This is a 42 feet by 38 feet flat ceiling porch with square paneling, also the round columns are really nice, the chimney is 12 feet base with a 8 feet mantle special to place your screen tv to enjoy your favorite sports.

This is another porch, close to the pool area, nice place to rest from the hot days of summer
