Happy Thursday Peeps! It’s a beautiful day to get outside… Quick 2.5 mile walk and then strength training tonight with my Milan Peacocks. If you think this is too much then you’re not doing enough.🙃✌🏽💋

Perfect day and weather to get a few miles in at one of my favorite places to walk. I’m also manifesting and asking GOD for his grace and blessings to see it through! Keep going forward, I love yall on purpose!

We had an awesome time today at the Lucille McWherter Center……My “Sassy Seniors ROCK” and the numbers are increasing each week, 28 participants and counting. Thank you LORD for choosing me to lead this group and do what I love!
Tuesday with my Sassy Seniors was a success! I’m grateful to be their instructor and each of them ROCK!!! One of them will be 96 next month and she is in Awesome shape.
She told me that she walks 3miles 3x per week still and has always done some form of exercise all of her life, because she doesn’t want to be old and ache.

Shout out to my new “Sassy Seniors” at Humboldt Senior Citizens Center… Thanks for the invite to come and teach Chair Yoga and Stretch for you guys!!! I’m looking forward to our partnership this summer.

It was a great day with my “Sassy Seniors” on today!!!! They work hard and the most rewarding thing I experienced was one of my sweet clients telling me her daughter noticed that she is walking confidently… She said it’s because “my trainer” is helping my legs get stronger 🙌🏾🫶🏾😭
Shout out to my morning crew in Milan TN…. Way to go Stacy, Dorothy, Tania and thanks for my mini assistant CayCay! I’m very proud of this group, they have been disciplined, consistent and their hard work is showing.
