It’s time to rise and shine, little house!! Our little Collierville project had her bubble bath yesterday. Now it’s time to get dressed for her photo shoot with then going public later this week. My arms are tired, but my heart is full. What a joy it has been to collaborate with one of my dearest friends to make this little charmer shine! Can’t wait to show her off!

Going … going … GONE!! Adios awkward wall!! Tomorrow is the end of Week 5, which seems like a long time. But in renovation world, it’s really not. Demo and framing always make a huge impact. Then electrical, plumbing, and HVAC come along to rearrange the guts in the wall. Much progress is made, but the visual doesn’t change proportionally. Once the drywall crew comes in, this will begin to look more like a home again.

I hope you’ll indulge me in this non-real estate related post. Just wanted to brag a little on my Kona’s first litter of Goldendoodles. She has done a fantastic job these first couple of weeks. Soon, tho, the burden of care will shift to ME. Gulp!! Seven sweet babies!!!
