Client charged with assault third degree, menacing in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly punching the complainant and threatening him with a machete. After a week long trial, the jury found Mr. Urquhart “not guilty” on all counts.

Today we obtained a settlement for a client that cracked his tooth after biting a rock in his potatoes from KFC. Although he only suffered a minor crack in his tooth, we were able to recover his current damages as well as potential future dental bills, pain and suffering.
We recently represented a client charged with DWI and in his fourth year of medical school. It was alleged that his BAC was .15, he was driving without a front passenger side tire, no shoes and when approached by the police officer, he thought he was in Pennsylvania. Despite these aggravating circumstances and the strict policies in Suffolk County, we were able to negotiate a plea bargain wherein the client would receive a non-criminal violation Driving while impaired and, most importantly, his plans to become a doctor will not be jeopardized.
