Preach Ministry

As I get ready to serve our community and help local food pantries this morning, as we do several days each week, I was thinking about something my wife said the other day regarding the World Cup events taking place here in America.

As disciples and evangelists, we’re often traveling to the nations to preach the Gospel. But right now, we have a tremendous opportunity right in front of us—the nations are coming to us.

With three World Cup weekends coming up in July right here in Miami, Florida, we have an opportunity to reach people from all over the world without ever leaving our own state. Whether through serving, praying, sharing our testimony, or preaching the Gospel, we should be ready to follow wherever the Lord leads.

Our number one job is to reach souls, preach the Gospel, and make disciples.

My prayer is that believers, brothers and sisters in Christ, and children of God who have the time and ability will step out in faith and seize this opportunity to share the love and hope of Jesus with people from every nation.

POWER OF PRAYER: University of Maryland researchers found that just 5 minutes of in-person prayer reduced pain and anxiety more than music in a randomized trial of 180 patients.

The relief lasted weeks — with anxiety benefits still statistically significant at the 6-week mark.

What's more, 97% of participants said they were neutral or supportive of prayer being offered during medical visits.
