We all love bombs, but adjustable swings like this are what make good hitters great hitters.

8th grader did a great job battling with 2 strikes and drove a double off a D1 commit throwing upper 60s curveballs. Earlier in the day during our homeschool practice, we prepared for that exact pitch by setting the machine to low 70s curveballs. We wanted to make the environment more difficult so the game reps would feel a little slower.

She finished the game 1 for 1 with a hard fought walk and 2 intentional walks. Her team went on to win the Regional Final and will be heading to States next week 🔥

We worked on controlled aggression to improve consistency of quality of contact and direction. She made some great adjustments and saw results right away!
