Let’s hear it for Coach KJ! Another Woodlawn football coach, Coach KJ is beginning his first year on staff and aspires to be a college football coach in the future. He did great with the CPR and choking relief skills in our class this morning and we’re wishing him and the Woodlawn Eagles a great and safe season!

Such a fun class last night at Painted Grape - Burlington NC, coordinated by the awesome folks at ! These are the folks working hard to make sure your event runs smoothly, and they’ve got your safety as a priority too. Lots of great tips and insight shared, we all learned a ton! Today’s HeartSaver CPR AED and First Aid class with Nicole was awesome! Taking the class for work and her own personal development, Nicole was super engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and rocked her skills. Thanks for spending the morning with us at our home office!

We had such a great time with last Saturday! We held our 3rd CPR and Choking Relief for New Parents at . These parents were so engaged and demonstrated great CPR and choking relief skills. While we sincerely hope you never have to use these skills, we hope you feel confident to act if faced with an emergency. Thanks so much to Paige from for helping organize and holding babies so parents could have time to get in hands-on practice!

The vibes were excellent during this HeartSaver CPR and First Aid class we did with Amira, an acupuncturist, and her crew of caregivers and acupuncturists! Thank you for hosting us, and for the healing work you all do!
