A variety of people came together this weekend to clean up and add more items to the Nature Based Playground. Thanks for all the hard work!!! It looks amazing!!! Do you want to help the next time? Please see my weekly email for how to sign up.

The Nature Playground at EM Yoder is a little pocket of wild magic 🌿—and it takes a village to keep it safe, beautiful, and ready for adventure.

We’ve got a few upcoming cleanup days, and we’d love to see some helping hands out there:

🗓️ May 2 | 10a–12p
🗓️ May 16 | 10a–12p

🧤 What we’ll be doing:
• Raking leaves
• Picking up trash
• Organizing equipment
• Trimming bushes
• Pulling weeds

Nothing fancy, just good old-fashioned teamwork to keep this space thriving for our kids.

If you’ve got tools (rakes, gloves, clippers, etc.), bring them along—every little bit helps.

Thank you to everyone who was able to come out for the Curriuculum Global Night. Our staff worked hard to create presentations about curriculum for the rest of the year. Our students and staff worked really hard to create a cumminating presentation around their grade level regions.

Now what everyone has been waiting for…the door decorating contest is here. One winner will be selected from PreK-1st, one winner from 2nd and 3rd, and one winner from 4th and 5th. Please push the like/love button to vote. Voting will end March 18th. The winners will be announced March 20th.

Once a month Chris Hill with Eastside Baptist Church comes to participate in a Mentor Lunch with about 20 students. Last week they brought the infamous Coach Kirby along with all the regular volunteers. Yoder is grateful for this partnership!

🍫 Chocolate Fundraiser Reminder 🍫

Hi EM Yoder families!

This is a friendly reminder that all chocolate money is now due. If your student checked out a box, the $80 per box needs to be turned in as soon as possible.

Per the signed permission slip, boxes cannot be returned once checked out, and families are responsible for the full amount.

If not, please send it in right away to avoid impacting our final totals.

The Kinder ABC parade is always a blast!!!

We had a great time at the BINGO Night the PTA hosted!!! There weee some amazing prizes this year!

February 13th was filled with tons of 100th Day activities and lots of love!!!
