It's official: The "Spring" market is off and running here in Northern Virginia!! Our open house yesterday in Reston had 75+ groups through in two hours - despite the wicked weather (40-ish degrees & RAININg)... Oh PS - it also happened to be Super Bowl Sunday!! Fortunately everyone was super understanding of our requirement to remove shoes or use shoe covers upon entering (yes, we ran out of shoe covers).
