Weekend Lawn Rookie

Pulled these two runners from the yard today and had to smile.

On the left, grass treated with T-Nex. Short, thick, and packed tight like it’s been training for a strongman competition.
On the right, untreated grass. Taller, lanky, and looking a little uncoordinated.

And that darker green you see? Big thanks to for helping bring out that rich color. Between the T-Nex keeping it dense and the SLS giving it that deep green, the yard is finally looking the way I pictured it.

June 16, 2011. Fourteen years ago today was the best day of my life. I said “I do” to my bride, . I knew I loved her with all my heart then, but I don’t think I realized just how much that love could grow over time.

Fourteen years isn’t nothing. It feels like half my life, and somehow it still feels like we got married yesterday. Building a family and a life with you has been my greatest honor. I’m so thankful to Jesus that we have each other and that we lean on Him as our foundation and our rock.

Life with your best friend is so much fun! Now, I’m counting down the days until we get to celebrate this milestone on the beach. Happy anniversary, love! 🏖️
