Please join us in welcoming Joe Chandler, MBA as Epic's new Chief Marketing Officer!
Joe brings more than 30 years of marketing leadership to the role — including 14 years at Sony Electronics working with broadcast names like NBC, Turner Broadcasting, and HBO, and over a decade helping businesses grow through smarter, more honest marketing strategy. He's also a U.S. Navy veteran who completed Naval Nuclear Power Training, a program fewer than 3% of applicants finish.
But what stood out most in his interview wasn't the résumé — it was how he talked about the job:
"I didn't take this job to sell window film. I took it because Epic already knows what it's protecting. I just have to help everyone else see it too."
That's exactly the mindset we look for at Epic. Because for us, it's always been about protecting people, not just property.
