I hired Ted Dinkelman to inspect a house I was considering buying. He was very thorough and explained everything to me as he checked it. He treated me with respect and talked to me like an intelligent and experienced homeowner. His written report was detailed and clear and included pictures he took during his inspection. His advice was thoughtful and in the end I didn’t buy that house. So I hired him again to inspect the house I’m in the process of buying and he was just as helpful in this decision.
