Installing remote controlled ceiling fan this morning

Removed and replaced all the old wood trim around the door with pvc trim.

Wired up this receptacle for a fountain.

Installed new soft close lid and installed 10yr batteries in all the fire alarms.

Hung an office glass dry erase board.

Changed out the locks for a new tenant.

Installed railings in the stairway.

Fixed loose shower habdle, cleared a clogged drain, and caulked around base and quarter round where needed.

Swapping out pendant lights

Vanity and mirror installed.

Replaced the damaged fascia.

Installed tv wall mount, wire hide kit, bathroom shelving, uncer cabinet trashcan pullout.

New floodlight installed

Half bath remodel;installed shiplap, shelving and fixtures. Pending the vanity delivery... ( gotta love those big box stores).

Swapped out a few broken light fixtures in the basement, tightened up and sealed the kitchen faucet, and rescreened the door.

Installed a door on this kitchen pantry.

Updated a few ceiling fans this evening.

Swapped out a few cabinets from an incorrect installation, i and installed new hardware in prep for countertops. Removed all the caps and installed new shutoffs for the sink, dishwasher, toilet, and vanity. Hung the new pocket door.

After several hours of waiting for countertop guys, and them cutting the holes in the wrong places.... I was able to hook up the faucet, disposal, and drains.

Out with the brass and in with the bronze handles.

Replaced a broken garbage disposal this morning.

Replaced the caulking around the tub.

Installed new quarter round where it was missing.

Replaced several deck boards and a railing.

Installed 2 storm doors.
