We are proud to announce the award of a $150,000 Texas Industry Partnership (TIP) Grant from the Texas Workforce Commission in partnership with The PossAble Dream Foundation and The PossAble Dream Adult High School. 🙌

This investment will provide workforce training for 22 students preparing for careers as HVAC Technicians and Medical Assistants—two occupations that continue to be in high demand across the Rio Grande Valley. 🩺🛠️

By equipping students with industry-recognized training, technical skills, and workforce readiness, this partnership is helping build a stronger regional talent pipeline while opening doors to sustainable, family-supporting careers for local residents. 💪
