This lovely group participated in nutrition classes sponsored by HCFP, Connect Health and Wellness and Food Lion - These members came back today to report better health results than when they took the class 6 months ago! Way to go for keeping up with healthy habits! ❤️❤️

“MedAssist,” our Medication Assistance program, helps eligible patients access affordable prescription medications offered by major pharmaceutical companies. Eligibility is based on residency, income, lack of prescription coverage, etc.
