Thank you to our fabulous SAA volunteers for another successful Easter Egg hunt and party. We all appreciate your hard work!

Congrats to our lucky SAA member Tatyana Refunjol-Zerlin! She will be enjoying a family trip for 4 to Disneyland. Enjoy, send lots of pictures, and tell Mickey we said hi!!

As promised (and teased in previous Martinez Minutes and mailings), on Tuesday morning SAA presented an amazing surprise to one random, lucky SAA member. Jaime Sanchez was presented a trip for 4 to Disneyland, including Disney Hotel, 2-day park hoppers, and a basket full of Disney goodies, including blankets, autograph books, photo albums, badge holders, water bottle, a book on Walt Disney, and other fun things. Congratulations Jaime!
Are you wondering why? SAA wants to grow its membership and find out what would get you more involved and what activities interest you. SAA sent surveys to all current members earlier this month. To be eligible for a second drawing in January, all you have to do is complete your survey and return to either Kerri Anderson SMBC 1132A or Sandy Blanquette SMBC 2114C by Dec. 31.

Nominations are now being accepted for the upcoming SAA Board of Directors. For information about the SAA board, the difference between a director and a representative, and about whom to contact with nominations, contact [email protected].

The deadline is Nov. 30.

Hi All...Relay for Life Martinez is just around the corner and I am in need of some volunteers! Please remember that you get paid 4 hours if you haven't exhausted your hours yet. I need all the support I can get. Need team members to walk, ppl to man the booth, ppl to work in the Taco Truck. Come out Sat., Sept. 17, for a Refinery Run with the Bay Area refineries to support the Contra Costa Food Bank.
