Changed it up a bit with some tic tac toe at archery practice today

Today, students interviewed each other for our upcoming podcast project! They shared their favorite memories here and talked about what makes The One Room different.

The One Room is hoping to expand our teen group (ages 12+)! We are excited to start planning more intricate activities geared toward older kids and teens.

If you’re looking for a community, we would love the chance to welcome you into ours. One of our students shared that their favorite part of yesterday was being part of a group that works together, learns new things, and seeing the progress of our add on.

This week we learned about electricity and how to wire up an outlet. Then we ran the wire through our add on.

Our co-op tries to focus on learning and applying real life skills. Today we raised walls on our addition, dyed eggs while learning about primary and secondary colors, improved motor skills with egg races, and learned science through hands on experiments with peeps.

I’ve sent out an email to everyone who registered for archery. If you believe you registered, but didn’t receive it, let me know so we can resolve the issue.

Energy levels were high today, but we did lots of art, a science experiment, and got some work done to the addition.
